Samson - SAFE

I am Samson

Presenting Samson, our most recent rescue! Samson is an African gander (goose) brought to us by a caring soul. He had an injured leg when he arrived and was limping badly, presumably after being attacked or fighting another goose. Now that he is healed he has elected to live on the pond at SAFE. We are currently looking for a female friend to keep him company. Samson loves lettuce, cabbage and peanuts(!). He has started to let us approach him and sit nearby. We love you already Samson!! ♥️

Adam is our sweet boy growing up, brimming with curiosity about the world around him.

I love to blow and nicker when I see my human caretakers and approache with interest to see what goodies may be offered!

Argent

I am Argent, the calm and gentle rooster of the Red Barn!

Russell

I’m the greediest of them all, maybe even the whole Sanctuary! For me, everything tastes good and I don’t hesitate to do pirouettes to get what I want!

I’m Olivia, Dais’s companion!

Tom

I’m Tom the turkey and I like to surround myself with my duck and goose friends!

Dudley

I’m Dudley, Peking duck, full of energy and chatter!

Thor

I am Thor, the master rooster! I walk with class with my feathers going down to my paws.

Matilda

If something happens, she is the first to investigate. After the storm passes, Matilda returns to her curious nature, growling happily when scratched behind her ears.
